Julia is survived by four sons, Allan Brem and wife, Susan of Houston, Texas, James Neece of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Steve Neece and wife, Diana of Weatherford, Oklahoma, and Brian Neece and wife, Debbi of Lowell, Arkansas; three daughters, Sharon Morris of Rocky, Oklahoma, Sandra Miller of Rocky, Oklahoma and Cenia Masterson and husband, Michael of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; eighteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; three husbands, Allan Brem, Ernest Neece and Charles Means; one brother, Herman; five sisters, Ruth, Lila, Mary, Leona and Connie; two sons, David and Donnie; and one granddaughter, Summer.
