Margaret S. Green, 87, of Atlanta, GA died Wednesday, July 16, 2008. Mrs. Green was born November 29, 1920, the oldest of 12 children, to the late Howard and Mary Sosebee. She worked for numerous employers over the years including Twentieth Century Fox Film Corp., and she was a "Rosie the Riviter" for Bell Aircraft (now known as Lockheed) during WWII. She retired at the age of 83. Margaret was a member of Defoor Ave. Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, John E. Green, her brothers and sisters, Louise Smith, Ralph Sosebee, Howard Sosebee, Jr., and Charles Sosebee, Survivors: son & daughter-in-law- John "Eddie" and Ledora Green, Grandchildren, Keith Green, Kelly Green, and Carol Hathaway, Sisters, Ruth Cleveland, Ethel Stanford, Virginia Garmon, Jean Ellen Lawhorn, Catherine Connor, Brothers, Tim Sosebee and Jimmy Sosebee. Also surviving are 10 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11:00a.m. Friday, July 18, 2008 at Castellaw Funeral Home Jonquil Chapel with Rev. Frank Whitmire and Rev. John Moody officiating. Burial will be in Arlington Memorial Park. The family received friends Thursday, July 17, 2008 from 5p.m. to 8p.m. at the funeral home.
