He leaves to cherish his memories, mother, Maria Otero; 2 children, Shalonda Jones, Adam (Latina) Jones; 6 brothers, Israel (Mary) Otero, Eliseo Otero Jr, Elias (Debbie) Otero, Angel Otero; 4 sisters, Irama (Alfred) Otero-Arriaga, Irene (Charles) Otero-Hollins, Mary Lee Otero, Nellie Otero; many nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday, September 14, 2006, 10 a.m. til 1 p.m. Funeral service 1 p.m., all services at Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal Church, 3950 Marquette Road, Lake Station, Pastor E. Negron officiating. Interment Evergreen Memorial Park. Arrangements entrusted Powell-Coleman Funeral Home.
