Mrs. Alma Severeid, 84, formerly of 457 W. Seventh Ave., died Saturday at 12:15 a.m. at Winnebago County Hospital, where she had been since 1939.
She was born in Oshkosh on July 19, 1888, daughter of August and Eva Neuman, and was married to Charles Severeid, who preceded her in death on Aug. 16, 1948.
Mrs. Severeid was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church. Surviving is one sister, Mrs. Matilda Streich, Oshkosh.
Services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at Marquardt Funeral Home, with the Rev. Clarence Koepsell. pastor of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 11 a.m. unitl the hour of services.
