Clifford "Oney" E. Burch was the son of Raymond Powell and Jeannette Elizabeth (Crowther) Burch. He was the husband of Marilyn Burch. They were married for 65 years. Marilyn died May 24, 2020. After discharge from the US Army, Cliff pursued a degree in electrical engineering from ECC and was employed by NYSEG where he continued to work for 35 years. After retirement Cliff worked part-time as a Building Inspector and Zoning Compliance Officer for the Town of Cambria for over 20 years.
