Lola Sarah Ball was the daughter of James Samuel Ball, (sometime known was Jim or JS), and Henrietta Ella "Etta" Chisum. She was born 16 Aug 1909 in Montague County, Texas. She was the first born of 13 children.
In 1928 she was a teacher living in Wichita Falls. She married Robert Elmer Cleveland around that same time. They would move to the Jefferson County, Oklahoma area where he would farm. They had 4 children: Lola Lavirl, Omie, James Oscar and Phyllis. They lived in the Jefferson County area through 1950.
Robert died in 1986 and Lola died 1 Sep 2002. both died in Wichita Falls where some of their children lived
