Bradford's WWI draft card from 1917 stated his residence to be White Creek, N.Y. He was already married and was a farm laborer for Guy T. Lake of the same town.

His WWII version (1942) has Bradford and Rose living in Wendell Road in Orange, Massachusetts. At the time he was employed by the Erving Paper Mill, Erving, Mass.

In the 1940 U.S. Census of Orange, Mass. the Whites had three children, Dorothy, Rose and Bradford all born in Massachusetts.
