Iva Lee Worthen died at her home here Tuesday morning of compllentions due to childbirth.
She was he daughter of Ammon and the late Anne Imlay Lee and was born here August 16, 1901.
June 14, 1921 she married Floyd Worthen.
Five children were born to them, four of whom, with her husband survived her. They are Melba, Malda, Flora and Opal. She is also survived by her father and the following sisters: Mrs Maggie Dickenson, Mrs. Ora Ross of Salt Lake and Miss Dudly Lee of Panguitch.
The community is shocked and grieved over the taking of this young mother from her husband and little ones. Iva was a faithful home maker. She took an active part in church work being a member of the South Ward Relief Society and had been an offleer in the Primary Association.
Fureral services will be carried in next week's issue.
