J.T. was born September 2, 1937 in Buncombe County to the late Stanley W. and Zeffra Hyatt Bradley. He was a resident of Buncombe County all of his life, with the exception of his travel for work. By trade he was a pipefitter in the construction business and retired from Fluor Daniels.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Burrell Bradley; son, John T. Bradley, Jr.; sisters, Myrtle Maney, Nell Kuykendall, and Iris Aiken; brothers, Layne, Ewell, and Frank Bradley; and grandson, Jimmy Thomas Bradley, Jr.
Surviving are his daughters, Mary Louann Ritchey and Rhonda Lee Bradley; sons, Jimmy Tom Bradley and wife Paula and Jay Travis Bradley and wife Loria Lee; 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and a great great grandson.
His graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 13, 2020 in Ashelawn Gardens of Memory, Asheville. Rev. Marjory Kiess will officiate.
