Funeral services for Mrs. Philomene Avore, 79, Jefferson, S.D., who died Monday at a Yankton hospital after a long illness, will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at St. Peter's Catholic church at Jefferson. Rt. Rev. Msgr. John Brady will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Avore was born in Jefferson township, Union county, August 31, 1879.She was married to Lue Avore at Jefferson in 1908. Mr. Avore died in 1924
