FIRST WIFE, MOTHER OF A CHILD:
I am assuming the original death date for this memorial article was correct. It is good to post this to let interested persons know it is most likely wrong as is here. OMJB.

Mrs. Geo. Bramble
was laid to rest
Thursday last. The husband thus
bereft of a loving wife and the child,
who loses its best earthly friend, has
the sympathy of the community.

SECOND WIFE: 1890

Bramble-West. MARRIED—By Hugh McKay, J. P., at his residence in Empire City, Kan., G. T. Bramble and Mrs. S. A. West.

The groom is one of the leading merchants Empire City and is well and favorably known to the citizens of this section, having resided here for a number of years. The bride is a stranger to us. She came from Austin, Texas, where she has resided for sometime and where she is considered by all who know her an estimable lady, in every way worthy to become the companion of our neighbor, Mr. Bramble. We wish the pair every joy in their new life.

I am coming to positively hate these WEEKLY newspapers.

I found this on the George T. Bramble memorial. I don't know the circumstances in which it was found. It is highly unlikely they would have married BEFORE his wife died, my assumption being she did not die in 1890. The wedding notice may or may not be correct.
