"Mrs. Lucy L. Garman
ALTOONA, May 9 --Mrs. Lucy L. Garman, wife of F.A. Garman of Tipton, died at 11:30 Thursday night, at the Mercy hospital, of apoplexy. She had been in failing health for three years, and seriously ill for three weeks. She was born September 30, 1875, and married December 25, 1895 to F.A. Garman, who survives with a son and daughter, Emory W. and Grace, both at home. A brother, William Lewis of Portage; a sister, Mrs. George Garman, of Blandburg, and a step-sister, Mrs. Harry Dunmire, of Portage, also survive. Mrs. Garman was a member of the Lutheran Church. The remains will be taken from the Fouss Parlors, Bellwood, to Glasgow at 12:30 o'clock noon tomorrow for services in the Glasgow Lutheran Church Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment in Pleasant Hill Cemetery."
