Born September 12, 1944, in Midland, MD, Judy was the daughter of the late George Anthony Winner and Beulah (Weir) Winner.
Judy was a graduate of Valley High School, Class of 1962, and formerly employed at the Clarysville Motel for over 30 years. She was also employed at many other jobs and most recently at Blind Industries of Cumberland.
Judy leaves behind her son: David Anthony Bopp, Cumberland, MD; her brothers: George Winner and wife, Joann, Rockville, MD; Raymond Winner and wife, Wanda, Hagerstown, MD; and Larry Winner and wife, Wilma, Frostburg, MD; as well as many more friends and family.
