"Home Happenings - Mrs. Amanda Cline died Thursday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. A. Bardo, aged 82 years. She fell one week ago and broke her right hip and had since been in a critical condition. She leaves three daughters, one son and a brother, Cornelius Harroff, of this place. Funeral will be held Sunday morning at 9 o'clock. The remains will be taken to the cemetery north of Berlin Center for burial."

"The funeral of Mrs. Amanda Cline last Sunday morning was largely attended. Services at the house were brief after which the remains were taken to the North Berlin Church cemetery for interment."
