James Henry Lee , 93 , of St. Augustine passed away peacefully on Oct. 10, 2015.

He was born in Mershon, Georgia, to Joseph C. Lee and Eula Barnes Lee;; also preceded in death by wife, Nancy Maureen and grandson, Daniel Lee, by his twin brother James Thomas, who was killed in action while serving together in the Pacific Arena in World War II ;; also by Novadine, Luana Thornton and Pat.

Jim leaves many friends and relations including cousin, John Morgan who was like a brother
his loving companion and caregiver of 30 years, Jacqueline S. Dennis.
Jim loved his country and proudly served as a Marine throughout the Pacific in WW II. Semper Fi. An accomplished chef, Jim found joy in serving up his holiday turkey dinners at The Church at Vilano where he was a charter member.
A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday Oct. 14, 2015, at the North Shores Community Center, 120 Meadow Ave., Vilano.
