Funeral services for Mr. Percy Raymond, 84, of Hadley were conducted Saturday at the Collon Funeral Home, Caro by the Rev. G. Charles Ball of Caro and Rev. James Sheldrake of Hadley. Burial was made in the Caro Cemetery. Mr. Raymond died November 18 at Hadley. Mr. Raymond was born in Caro on September 22, 1886, and was a former resident of Wells Township. He lived most of his life in Caro. He was a retired employee of the Tuscola County Road Commission and was employed for a period with the village of Caro. He was a member of the Caro United Methodist Church. He married the late Cora E. Thompson at Cass City on March 16, 1911. She died on December 29, 1965.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Marguerite Murphy of Detroit and Mrs. Alfred (Marjorie) Corey of Hadley; one son, J ay C. Raymond of Utica; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Victor Patterson of Detroit.
