Mr. Stan W. Baker, age 69, of Martin died Sunday, September 27, 2020, at his residence.

Graveside service will be Thursday, October 1, 2020, 12:00 Noon in Eastside Cemetery with Military Honors and Rev. Michael Norton officiating. The family will receive friends in the cemetery beginning at 11:00 A.M. until service time at 12:00 Noon.

Pallbearers are Matt Crick, Harry Lee Caudle, Bill Jackson, Jerry Crosser, Doug Bryant, David Hauhe, George Pritchett, Charles Freeman, Glen Overton and Dewayne Dowdy. Honorary pallbearers are the employees of Weakley County Municipal Electric System.

Mr. Baker is survived by his wife, Robin Conley Baker of Martin; his daughter and son-in-law, Allie and Matt Crick of Hernando, MS; his grandson, Hudson Crick, two sisters, Sheila (Mike) Parrott of Jackson, TN and Sharon (Kenneth) Barnes of Union City; one brother, Clift (Susan) Parks of Duck Hill, Mississippi.

Mr. Baker was a retired foreman for Weakley County Municipal Electric System after 38 years of service. He served in the Army National Guard for 23 years. He was a 1969 graduate of Martin High School and he attended The University of Tennessee at Martin. He attended Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Martin.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Aray Wallace Baker and Cora Freeman Gill.
