Barbara Shelton Bailey, age 76, of Mineral Bluff, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2020, at her home. On October 9, 1943, Mrs. Bailey was born in Oak Ridge, TN, to the late Hugh Shelton and the late Ruby Jackson Shelton. She attended McCaysville First Baptist Church and was a retired Realtor with Georgia Prime Real Estate. Barbara enjoyed going to church, singing in the choir, and flower gardening. She was preceded in death by her father, Hugh Shelton, mother, Ruby Jackson Shelton, husband, James Michael Bailey, and brother, Jack Shelton.
There will be a private family viewing at Henry-Cochran Funeral Home, followed by interment in Morganton Baptist Church Cemetery.
