Phyllis L. Ragon, 85, of Casey, died at 2:20 p.m. on Sunday, May 7, 2000 at the Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 12, 2000 at the Barkley Funeral Home in Greenup. Burial will be in the Hazel Dell Cemetery. A visitation service will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 11 at the Barkley Funeral Home.
Phyllis Ragon was born December 10, 1914 in Hazel Dell, the daughter of Elmer and Mary Sweeney Glidewell. She married Ralph Ragon on November 20, 1937. He preceded her in death in 1985.
Survivors include a daughter, Beverly "Pat" Hodge of Paris and two sisters, Florene Roan of GreenUp and Flossie Waggoner of Kirkland, Wash.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters Mrs. Ragon was a homemaker and a member of the Hazel Dell Church of God.
