Sidney Bailey, a young man well known and highly respected in Provo, died yesterday morning at 7 o'clock from the effects of a kick from a horse the evening before. He had for some time been employed by East Co-op Mercantile company, driving the delivery wagon. On the evening of the accident he was feeding his team in the stable back of the store, when one of the animals kicked him in the stomach with both hind feet. He lived just twenty-four hours. A young wife and many relatives mourn his loss.
