Born May 30, 1918, in Baltimore County, she was the daughter of the late Alfred S. and Blanche (Bollinger) Mays. A housewife, she was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church and the Wesley United Methodist Women.
Surviving also are one son, Richard Richards of Salisbury; one daughter, Donna MacDonald of Hilton Head, S.C.; one sister, Virginia Hale of Manchester and four grandchildren. The funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at Eline Funeral Home, 934 S. Main St., Hampstead, with Pastor Gary Buchman officiating.
Burial will be in Wesley Cemetery in Hampstead. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Wesley United Methodist Church, 3239 Carrollton Road, Hampstead, Md.
