Helen M. (Adams) Fralick, 88, died Thursday, September 13, 2007 at Covington Manor Nursing Center in Fort Wayne. Born in Paulding, OH, she was a homemaker and was a member of Northside Missionary Church.. She enjoyed singing, playing the piano & guitar, sewing, her children and Sunday school. Helen was a member of the Three Rivers Senior Band and was a 1987 Senior Citizen Talent Contest winner for singing & guitar playing.
Survivors include daughters, Ruth Anne (Richard) Merchant-Buhr of Fort Wayne, Coleen (Bill) Clark of Churubusco; sons, Donald (Sharon) Fralick of Indianapolis, David (Bonnie) Fralick of Watertown, WI; 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis W. Fralick in 2006; daughter, Bonnie K. (Fralick) Miller; brother, Clarence Adams and sisters, Mertie Taylor, Ruby Kreischer & Bertha Mefferd.
Services were entrusted to D.O. McComb and Sons Funeral Home of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
