Ida Marie Wells (Elam), age 93, of London, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2020.
She leaves behind her son, Michael Wells & wife Marilyn of London, KY; three granddaughters and their children, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Harold Wells; her parents, Chris and Lilly Elam; and by four sisters, Ruby Moore, Anna Bastin, Iona Barnett, and Mary Gill.
Ida was retired from International Paper in Cincinnati, Ohio where she worked as an executive secretary for 20 years. She was of the Baptist faith, and she attended Slate Hill Baptist Church.
A Graveside Service for Ida Marie Wells will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at A. R. Dyche Memorial Park. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
