Ruby L. Moore, 89, East Ninth Street, London, Ky., passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2010, at Baptist Regional Medical Center, Corbin.
A native of Laurel County, she was born Nov. 14, 1920, the daughter of the late Chris and Lily Herron Elam. She was a homemaker and member of Laurel Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and sisters, Iona Barnett, Mary Gill and Anna Bastin.
Survivors include her husband, Rowland Moore, London; daughter, Cheryl (Sherrie) Moore, London; grandchildren, Gary Wagers and wife, Diane, and Michelle Lunsford, all of London; great-grandchildren, Ethan Wagers and Savannah Wagers, both of London; and a sister, Marie Wells, also of London.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 25, at House-Rawlings Funeral Home Chapel with Brothers Gene Huff and James D. McDonald officiating.
Burial will follow in A.R. Dyche Memorial Park.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Saturday, July 24, at House-Rawlings Funeral Home.
