Cole Floyd R, about 85, died May 11, 1965 in the Peabody Home in North Manchester. He was a native of Noble County and a retired teacher and farmer. His wife, the former Ina Squires, and four brothers preceded him in death. He is survived by two sons, Robert of Calif., and Floyd Jr. of Fort Wayne; two daughters, Mrs. Joyce VanArsdale of Chicago, and Mrs. Esther Dick of Indianapolis; five sisters, Mrs. Mattie Schlabach of Ligonier, Mrs. Chet Wiley of Wawaka, Mrs. Mary Munk of Calif., Mrs. G. E. Wadsworth of Penn., and Miss Betty of Ypsilanti, Mich.; and eight grandchildren. Funeral Thursday at the Peabody Chapel. Burial, Rose Hill Cemetery.
