MRS. THARP DIES AT HOME ON ROUTE ONE
Mrs. Maydelle Tharp, 29, died at 2 a.m. Wednesday at her home eight miles from Palestine on Route 1, after a lingering illness.
Survivors are her husband, J. P. Tharp; son, Billy Tharp, of Amarillo; mother, Mrs. Ola Hendon of Elkhart, grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. A. S. Price of Elkhart and Mrs. Dave Douthit of Elkhart; a brother, Frankie Hendon of Demmitt, Texas; two sisters, Miss Melba Hendon of Palestine and Mrs. Georgia Bell Lovett of Amarillo.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Bailey.
