Ada Andrews Fausett Van Leeuwen

Ada Andrews Fausett Van Leeuwen, 75, passed away November 28, 1994 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born January 26, 1919 in Salt Lake City, a daughter of Ada Ingelby and William Andrews. Married Carl Fausett, who preceded her in death. She then married John Van Leeuwen, February 2, 1973 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She worked for the LDS Church for many years making LDS garments.

Survived by husband, John; children, Carl Lynn (Loretta) Fausett, Laurel (Dean) Lowe, Terry Fausett, Craig (Sharon) Fausett; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters, Ann Goodsell and Edith Grow; and brothers, William and James Andrews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 3, 11 a.m., at the Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, with a viewing from 9:30-11:00 a.m. Interment, Lake Hills Cemetery.
