Funeral services for Mr. John Gentry Stockard, 76, of 127 Sherry Circle, Gallatin, who died May 10 at his daughter's home in Gallatin after an extended illness, will be held 2 p.m. May 13, Woodfin Memorial Chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Blanche Robinson Stockard; three sons, John Jr., of Jackson, Frank of Brunswick, Ohio, Thomas Stockard of Richmond, Ohio; a daughter, Mrs. Sara Mingle of Gallatin; a brother, Milton Stockard of Murfreesboro and nine grandchildren.
He was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.
The Reverends Felix M. Snell and H. E. Baker will officiate.
