David was born in Anderdon Township, Essex, Ontario, Canada and he died at Dog Wood, Christian, Kentucky.
I doubt that he is buried in the Dog Wood Cemetery. On his death certificate it says #17 Voting Precinct with no cemetery name. As far as I can determine there was no #17 Voting Precinct in Christian County at that time so I assume that this is a snide remark re dead people voting. If anyone has proof that he is buried elsewhere please let me know.∼NOTE: Death Certificate states he is buried #17 Voting Precinct.
