Kenneth was born the son of the late Nick and Grace (VanHorn) Hollenback, and had resided in the area most of his life. He was joined in marriage to Celia Haynes on January 14, 1956 in Dryden, Michigan. Answering the call of his country, Ken served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was an active member of Russellville Wesleyan Church. He served as the caretaker of Wesleyan Woods Campground for 13 years, and had been employed by General Motors Buick Division for over 34 years. He was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.
