DANIEL (Abel, Ephraim, Jonathan, John, John) Born Nov. 26, 1793 at Belchertown, Mass. With his parents he lived at Fabius, N. Y., and was there and at Pompey, Onondaga County, N. Y., until 1854 when he removed to Arcade, N. Y. Locating on the corner of Main and Pearl Streets, he bought a 100 acre farm adjoining. He sold village lots on Main Street and later laid out a street on his own property, now named Clough Avenue. He married Lucy and they had three children.
