Lady Sarah Spencer was the eldest daughter of Sir George Spencer, 2nd Earl Spencer, and his wife, Lady Lavinia Bingham. She was married at Wimbledon on March 4, 1813 to William Henry Lyttelton, 3rd Baron Lyttelton, by whom she had five children.
