The Allen County native was a retired employee of Washington Overall Manufacturing and a member of East End General Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Ed Ragland and Maud Douglas Ragland and wife of the late Felton Armour. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Donna Walton; two brothers, Murl and Buel Ragland; and a sister, Corine McGuffey.
Survivors include a son, Jerry Armour and his wife, Judy, of Kinston, N.C.; two daughters, Sandra Armour and Ann Starks, both of Scottsville; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Burial was in Crescent Hill Cemetery.
