Completed her earthly life at her home in Provo, Utah on Saturday from heart failure. Born in Ogden, Utah. Daughter of Glyde Webb and Ilene Morrison Webb. Lived in Monroe, Utah until age 16. Graduated from Provo High School, Class of 1949. Attended BYU. Was a Cougarette. Employed as a secretary for Garrett Trucking. Married Richard Kent Miner June 3, 1953 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving as Stake and Ward Relief Society President, Young Women's President, served as an Ordinance Worker in the Provo LDS Temple. Together, she and her husband, served in the Visitor's Center at the Mesa, Arizona LDS Temple in 1998. Lived in the northwest for 19 years. Employed at BYU in Food Services. Was an Administrative Assistant in Women's Dance in the Physical Education Department. Received the "Fred A. Schwendiman" performance award in 1988. Talented seamstress. Enjoyed reading, gardening, cooking, music and being with family.

Survived by husband, Richard Kent Miner; children: Desiree M. Cannon (Scott), Raquel M. Prestwich (Craig), and Daniel R. Miner; 10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters: Colleen W. Asay, Bill Webb, Karen W. Nelson and John Webb. Predeceased by parents and one son, Matthew Kent Miner.
