J. WILSON SUDDUTH

GREER - James Wilson Sudduth, 97, of 4023 Jordan Road, died March 24, 1989, at Allen Bennett Memorial Hospital after an illness of several months.

He was a retired farmer and the oldest member of Mount Lebanon Baptist Church.

He was a trustee for Jordan School for many years.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Harold (Earlene) Phillips of Landrum, Mrs. Bill (Grace) Austin and Mrs. Darwin (Margaret) Gibson, both of Greer; two sons, Bill Sudduth and Buck Sudduth, both of Greer; and a sister, Hattie Hammonds of Greer.

Services: 3 p.m. Sunday at Mount Lebanon Baptist Church with burial in the Church cemetery.

Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Wood Mortuary, Greer.
The family is at the home of Margaret Gibson, 3199, East Gap Creek Road., Greer.

Memorials may be made to Mount Lebanon Baptist Church, Mount Lebanon Road, Greer.
