Mrs. V. G. Hightower
TAYLORS - Mrs. Pearl Sudduth Hightower, 75, wife of Verner G. Hightower of Route 1, Taylors, died Friday.
A native of Greenville county, she was a daughter of the late James B. and Sallie Fuller Sudduth, and a member of the Camp Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Carlos Sloan and Mrs. Bill Marrow of Greer, and Mrs. Ford McAlister of Travelers Rest; three brothers, Lawrence and Wilson Sudduth of Greer and Croel Suddeth of Taylors; two sisters, Mrs. Jimmy Odom of Taylors, and Mrs. Hattie Hammond of Greer; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Sunday at 3 p.m. at the Camp Creek Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery. The body is at the Wood Mortuary, Greer, and will be placed in the church Sunday at 2 p.m. The family is at the home.
