Funeral services will be held to honor her on July 11th at 1PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Reverend Todd O’Hair officiating. The family will receive visitors on Saturday, July 11th from 11AM-service time at 1PM.
Bonnie was born September 5, 1947 in Macon County to Wiley and Dorothy Sloan. She was the second of four children born to this union. On October 1, 1965 she married the love of her life, Gary Adcock. Three sons were born to this union, Trevor, Troy and Nathan Adcock. Bonnie loved the Lord and was an active member of Eulia General Baptist Church.
She was retired from Sumner County School Food Service after 25 years of service. After retirement she enjoyed spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She touched so many lives because of her genuine love for others. She will be greatly missed here on Earth but greatly welcomed in Heaven.
Survivors include her loving husband, Gary Adcock; her children, Trevor Adcock, Troy (Kelly) Adcock, Nathan (Susan) Adcock; her grandchildren, Katie (Cody) Gupton, Cody Adcock, Austin Adcock, Emmitt Adcock, Madyn Adcock and Sadie Adcock; her brother, Joey (Susie) Sloan; and her sister-in-law, Jean Adcock.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wiley and Dorothy Hammock Sloan; and her brothers, Larry and Timothy Sloan.
