Willis Wagler, 75, of Montgomery, passed away at 3:15 p.m. on Friday, July 3, 2020 at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville.

He was born November 22, 1944 in Daviess County, Indiana to the late John Henry and Rachel (Yoder) Wagler.

Willis was a former dairy farmer and drove a school bus for North Daviess Community Schools for many years. He currently was employed by K & K Industries as an escort driver.

He was a member of First Mennonite Church. Willis loved spending time with his family, friends and his dog, Sadie.

Willis was preceded in death by his parents, John Henry and Rachel (Yoder) Wagler and brothers, Ivan and Kora Wagler.

He is survived by his wife, Bertha Lorene (Swartzentruber) Wagler of Montgomery; sons, Kelly Stephen Wagler and Kerry Brian Wagler and his special friend, Julie Hart, all of Montgomery; granddaughters, Mattie Jane Wagler and fiancé, Eric Wagler, and Kaylee Rachel Wagler; siblings, Marvin (Rebecca) Wagler of Montgomery and Viola (Enos B.) Miller of Shipshewana; nieces and nephews, Cheryl Bontrager, Lisa Puckett, Fran Swartzentruber, Sheila Troyer, Kevin Wagler, Randy Miller, Linda Miller, John H. Wagler and Jayson Wagler.

An immediate burial will be held at First Mennonite Cemetery with graveside services at a later date.
