Elmer Mouser was born on January 11, 1924 at Marquand, the son of Ester and Frances Mouser, and passed away on July 1, 2020 at the age of 96 years.
Elmer was preceded in death by his parents, three (3) brothers Webb Mouser, Woodrow Mouser, Roy Mouser, two (2) sisters Glenda Jeffrey, Essie Whitener, two (2) grandchildren Jamey Mouser, Daniel Mouser, and one (1) great-grandchild Ethan Jordan.
Elmer is survived by four (4) children Eugene “Butch” (Clara) Mouser, Ronnie (Gail) Mouser, Barbara Jacobs, Eddie (Donna) Mouser, eleven (11) grandchildren, twenty-one (21) great-grandchildren and five (5) great-great-grandchildren.
Elmer was of the Christian Faith and loved going to auctions, farming and cutting thistles.
