Charles E. Boone, 75, of Hanover,
Pa., died Friday at Hanover
General Hospital.
A son of the late Hanson and
Annie Walker Boone, he was a
former resident of Frederick.
Mr. Boone was a member of
the Frederick Moose and the
Legion of Moose. He was also
a member of White Rose Post,
VFW, of York; and the Brushtown,
Pa., Fire Company.
He leaves his wife, Mrs. Dorothy
C. Doyle Boone of Hanover,
two sons, Charles E.
Boone and Robert E. Boone,
both of York; a daughter, Mrs.
Robert J. Winter of Avon,
Conn.; a sister, Mrs. Ruth Anderson
of South Dakota; two
brothers, Sherman and Ralph
Boone of Frederick; a step-son,
Edward D. White of Woodbine;
eight grandchildren, and three
step-grandchildren.
