The ashes of Bert Abel Basnett were interred in the Delphos Cemetery Sunday, April 12. Mr. Basnett passed away in the Veterans Hospital in Seattle, Washington, and was cremated March 25, 1936. The ashes were sent to his brother, T.J. Basnett, at Concordia, who conveyed them to Delphos and placed them beside his parents.
He was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Cal Basnett, and was born and reared here.
