Victor graduated from Bishop Hogan High School in Kansas City. He entered the Army reserves in 1963 and served until 1969 then worked as a volunteer Fireman and later became fire chief of Hays. He later owned Hays Fire Equipment Sales and Service until retirement.
He is survived by his fiancé; his three children; five grandchildren; and two future great grand children on the way; and one sister.
He was is preceded in death by his parents and a sister.
Burial in the Kansas Veterans' Cemetery at WaKeeney.
