Antoinette was born on Aug. 31, 1922, in Roseto PA, a daughter of the Joseph and Teadora (LeDonne) Ruggiero.
She worked as a seamstress in various garment factories in the Slate Belt Area for many years. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed giving her produce to family and friends.
She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, Roseto, and UNITE- the garment workers union.
Antoinette is survived by a sister, Dorothy Ruggiero of Roseto; her great-great-niece, Michelle Glendenmyer, who was her special caregiver; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by sisters, Edith Russo, Rose Castone, Millie Romano and Grace Giovanni; and brothers, Michael (Zansi) and Anthony.
Private graveside services will be held in the New Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Roseto.
