Manuel Villanueva, Jr., 62, of Fort Worth died Friday, June 12, 2020 in Fort Worth.

Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, June 17, 2020 in Fairview Cemetery in Memphis with Fr. Nicholas Gerber, as the celebrant.

Viewing will be held from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Due to the Coronavirus, we are only allowing 5 people to enter the funeral home at a time.

If attending the service, please be prepared to maintain social distancing practices.

Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Memphis.

Manuel was born April 25, 1958 in Mexico to Delfina and Manuel Villanueva Sr. He married Dora Perez on August 31, 1976 in Memphis. He had been a longtime resident of Memphis before moving to Fort Worth in 2002. He was a hard working man and was a diesel mechanic. He loved the outdoors, fishing, and swimming. He loved music and cooking, especially BBQ. He also enjoyed helping out around the neighborhood and helping others.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Juan Villanueva; and a sister, Leticia Villanueva.

Survivors include his wife, Dora Villanueva of Fort Worth; two sons, Jose Villanueva and Erick Villanueva both of Fort Worth; a daughter, Erica Villanueva of Fort Worth; two brothers, Jose Luis Villanueva of Mission, and Val Villanueva of Memphis; four sisters, Ludivinia Zuniga of Haltom City, Virginia Lopez of Memphis, Martina Adame of Lynnwood, Washington, and Elizabeth Gamez of Keller; 8 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
