Glen served his country in the US Marine Corp during World War II serving in the Pacific Theater. Mr. Miller was a retired farmer.
He is survived by his wife of sixty-six years, Ray Louise; children, Glenda and Ed Johnson of McKinney, James and Dana Miller of Melissa, Tommy and Gale Miller of Fairfield, Ann and Gary Littrell of Chambersville, and Buster Miller of Melissa; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and sisters, Mattie Lee Craft of Melissa and Mary Helen Bewley of Melissa. Preceding him in death were his parents; daughter, Bobbi Helen Wester; grandchildren, Amy Johnson Montgomery and Jim Ed Johnson; sister, Oleta Airhart; and brother, Bob Miller.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM, Thursday, August 9, 2007, at Melissa Cemetery. The family will receive friends during a visitation at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
