She is survived by her husband, Patrick J. Briody; her daughters, Margaret E. (Richard W. Muir) Briody, Kathleen P. (Fredric J.) Keller, Mary A. (Michael C.) KinCannon, Patricia A. (John W.) Plumeri, Sheila L. Briody, S.S.J., Theresa Briody Ryan, Rosemary Briody, Christine F. (Terrance M. Sr.) Redtield, Colleen M. Briody; sons, Vincent J. (Debra Kay) Briody, John P. Briody; brothers and sisters, J. Patrick (Mary) O'Brien, Anne (John) Hurley of Rochester, Margaret (Charles) Gillick of Virginia and County Cavan, Ireland; sister-in-law, Ooratha O'Brien; 18 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and her close friend, Nan Molloy of Toronto, Canada.
Mrs. Briody was a former member of Saint Louis Church in Pittsford and was employed 19 years for the Rochester City School District.
Friends may call on Wednesday, from 2-4 and 7-9, at the Funeral Home of Alvah Halloran and Son, Inc. 2125 Chili Avenue. Her Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, at 10 o'clock, in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church. Interment in White Haven Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Rochester or to the charity of your choice.
