In Taunton, Akwasi Akwaboah, Age 52, passed away unexpectedly on June 2, 2020. Akwasi leaves behind his beloved wife and companion, Olivia Akwaboah of Taunton. He was born in Kumasi Ghana, the son of Kofi Akwaboah & Ama Obur. Akwasi resided in East Taunton. He was a world traveler and lived in different continents. Akwasi loved working as a safety officer at Aggregate industries. He was technically gifted and loved working on cars and anything that needed fixing around the house. Akwasi will always be known for his kind heart and willingness to help others, a man who was always generous with his time. He loved spending time with his family and cherished his daughter and two granddaughters. Akwasi is survived by his wife Olivia of Taunton, only child Docia of Dighton, his granddaughters Maliyah and Olivia, son in-law Christopher and several brothers, sisters, Aunts, Uncles, nephews nieces and Cousins. Funeral home visiting hours will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton on Saturday June 13th from 9:30-10:30am with a service to follow at 10:30 AM. Interment Mayflower Hill Cemetery in Taunton.
