REBA FAYE BODINE, known to many friends as Becky Bodine, 78, of Houston, passed away July 29, 2007 after a long illness. She was born October 3, 1928 in DeRidder, Louisiana to James Covey and Mattie Hodge Covey. She worked as a controller for various automotive dealerships and was a 25 year member of Woodforest Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband Dale Bodine and is lovingly survived by two sisters, Jean Pepper of Channelview and Alvie McMullen of Webster, Texas; as well as several nieces, nephews, her church family and friends. Services celebrating her life were held Wednesday, August 1, 2007 in Carter's Chapel with Rev. John A. Brady officiating. She was laid to rest in San Jacinto Memorial Park under the direction of Carter Funeral Home.
