CHARLES ADAMS DIES
Resident of Viola Community 33 Years Passes Suddenly Friday, October 27, 1937.
Charles Adams 76, resident of the Viola community for 33 years and employed at the Viola elevator, died suddenly while at work about 9:30 a.m. Friday. He was using a heavy bar, called a car jack, to move a railroad car along the track and suffered a hemorrhage, it is said.

He is survived by his wife, Catherine Elizabeth at home, two sons, Ollen 443 North Bile and Charles Ezra., Denver, and four daughters; Mrs. Ola (Clara Etta) Dewater Waterloo, Iowa; Mrs. G. E. (Alice Fern) Shannon Clearwater; Mrs. E. (Nina Mabel) Holland, Arkansas City, and Mrs. R. F. (Eula D.) Hubbard Miami, Florida.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Byrd & Snodgrass mortuary
