The couple moved to Haskell County in the latter part of 1905 settling in the Old Rose Community located east of Haskell, Texas. The family was engaged in farming until recent years when they moved to Haskell, Texas. Two sons preceded their mother in death. Mrs. Henshaw was a lifelong member of the Baptist Church.
Survived by 11 sons; 21 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three sisters.
